Life is a whirlwind of emotion the moment you take your first breath. From awkward adolescents and first crushes to politics and pregnancies, life is about how we handle things.

This poetry book encompasses 10 years of confusion, love, hurt, and hope. Drawing from her experiences, the author shares what “parents just don’t understand” to “why did this happen to me?”. Using these experiences to convey how the world around her is changing what she thought was reality, she now sees being an adult is not quite what it seems.
